Apricot wrapped bacon recipe

Bacon is like the nectar of the gods. When you put an apricot in it, it becomes Goddess nectar! Apricot wrapped bacon

The bacon press is really easy to use. Basically, you just put whatever you are cooking on the cast iron grill, then place the bacon press on top as pictured below.

Apricot Stuffed Bacon
Apricot Stuffed Bacon pairs well with any savory dish!
  • 1 package of dried apricots
  • 1 package of center-cut bacon
  • Red Pepper flakes
  • brown sugar
  • fresh cracked pepper
  1. Roll one to two apricots with a slice of bacon
  2. Place all apricot wrapped bacon pieces in rows on a preheated cast iron skillet (med-heat)
  3. Sprinkle brown sugar, cracked black pepper and red pepper flakes on top of the wrapped apricots
  4. Place the bacon press on top and grill for 7 minutes
  5. flip and grill for 7 more minutes
