My kids love Baby Einstein! When our Discovery Kit came, Jakobi was very excited and we had to open it immediately. There was a DVD, a CD, and flash cards. I put the CD up to play in the car, which we do EVERY TIME we are in it. The DVD went in the player and we opened the flash cards to play with along the movie. It was really neat. Jakobi was able to identify the different animals and habitats relating them to the flash cards. By the end of the movie, he had learned several new animal names and where they lived. Then we played it again, and again, and again…Get the picture. Jakobi now has a new Favorite DVD. He even barricades the living area so Mason will not ruin the order of his cards. Mason, of course, is very interested in everything Jakobi is doing so it is nice that the different toys and scenes on the movie keep Mason occupied.
