One of my favorite sauces is Hollandaise Sauce. It is so easy to make and tastes great on so many dishes! A few of my favorites are Asparagus Crepes, Eggs Benedict and on green beans.

Wow – this sounds amazing!!!
I love this recipe! Everything is better with Hollandaise sauce on it. I especially love it on chicken.
I haven’t made hollandaise sauce in forever. That looks so good right now!
Thank you… seems very simple… do you think it would be just as good with the margarine or will that taste off???
I’ve only had hollandaise sauce a handful of times but it was amazing every time I had it. I’ve seen a few food network stars make theirs in a food processor or blender to make it easier.
So simple! Who knew. I assume recipes are difficult and then stay away. I will have to bookmark this for dinners during the school year!
It is one of my favorite sauces to make and it doesn’t seem like the holidays without it. Always a good recipe to have handy for the veggies.
