Beautiful Makeup For Summer

Beautiful Makeup For Summer

When the warm weather comes, women tend to break out their beautiful makeup for summer.  With summer often comes tanned skin which needs a different color base than the makeup we wear in the winter.  I love to wear makeup that is a bit more dramatic for the summer, just because I feel a bit bolder when it is warm outside!  My daughter has a complete set of makeup for the winter months and another for the summer months, including brushes.  She tans quite easily so in the summer she needs makeup that is a bit darker. In the winter her skin is a beautiful milky color that requires a lighter based makeup.  With all the makeup companies out there, it is hard to know which one to choose.

Everyday Minerals is one of my favorite makeup companies for their beautiful colors as well as their dedication to protecting our planet.  Everyday Minerals is organic, vegan and eco-friendly, which is demonstrated by their effort to protect the local wildlife habitats and natural plants that grow near their Austin, Texas home base.  Everyday Minerals has more than 300 gorgeous shades in their collection, so there is a shade for every woman.  I admire and appreciate the goal of Everyday Minerals founder, Carina Menzies, which is to bring high quality cosmetics that are lasting, full of color and is affordable.

Affordable Cosmetics For Women

If you are looking for affordable cosmetics for women, Everyday Minerals is the perfect place to look!  I have had the pleasure to review products from Everyday Minerals a few months ago and was stoked to be able to do so again.  It was my fortune to have been given a grouping of the latest collection from Carina.  These colors are to celebrate Independence Day by sneaking in hints of the red, white and blue of the holiday.  I received:  the beautiful blue Wish You Were Here Eye Shadow ($8.99), a sassy wine colored Weeping Willow Eye Shadow ($7.99), the shimmering silver Passion Passport Eye Shadow ($7.99), Happiness Bronzer ($9.99) & Finishing Dust ($12.99), and the awesome Blender Face Brush ($12.99).  I love the Weeping Willow and the Passion Passport together because I think they compliment each other so well.  I also LOVE the Blender Face brush because it is just so well made and makes the powders go on so smoothly.  I really liked Everyday Minerals before, but I LOVE them now!

One reader will win a set of Everyday Minerals cosmetics like those in the review which total $60.94
