I love to eat and I love trying new things! I’m usually partial to something sweet and my cravings usually hit me late at night before bed! I was sent Biscoff spread from Lotus Bakeries to try and it was a huge hit in my house! It has the consistency of peanut butter and takes just like those delicious Biscoff cookies than you get as treats when you fly. My son and I sampled it this morning on some sliced apples and toast for a yummy breakfast treat. It was so creamy and sweet and you can taste a hint of brown sugar and cinnamon!

Now that I know how delicious Biscoff spread is, I want to try more recipes with it! There are over 20 recipes listed on their website, including Biscoff Spread Creamy Yogurt Fondue, Oatmeal Pancakes with Biscoff Spread and Biscoff Banana Milk Shake! The one recipe that really caught my eye is the Biscoff Spread Pumpkin Pie! This will be a special treat for Thanksgiving this year! Even with all these delicious recipes, I will definitely be having this on toast again with my morning coffee. It’s a sweet way to wake up in the morning. And with only 88 calories and 6g fat per serving, you won’t feel guilty about eating it!

Biscoff Spread is manufactured by Lotus Bakeries and can be purchased at many local supermarkets, including Sweetbay, Whole Foods and Winn Dixie. It can also be purchased online for $12.95 for a 2 pack.
