I love the smell of roasting nuts, and more so when they are glazed. I used the Angostura bitters in orange, but you can use the regular if the orange flavor is not available. Bitters aren’t just for cocktails anymore, even though my favorite drink when I was a bartender with a hangover was bitters and ginger ale. You can find a ton of Bitters recipes on the Angostura Facebook page.

I love the scent of roasting nuts tooooo – and I’m curious about this bitters and ginger ale hangover beverage (as I sit here with a hangover). My husband is a bartender, well bar manager now, so I’ll have to mention it to him. Great recipe – will pin!
Yum! I bet these would be fantastic with just walnuts1 Yum!!
This recipe rocks! I’ve been paying a small fortune for fancy nuts like this at the grocery store because I never knew how to make them. I hope that you have more variations of glazed nuts in the future!
I don’t think that I have ever roasted my own nuts. I need to try it out!
If I close my eyes, I can almost smell how good they are!
I love the spicy kick in these!
