Brookota Designs sent me the pink monkey hat to review for Christmas in July. I was very excited about this knit hat because it is not only adorable but the perfect photo prop. Brookota Design specializes in hand crochet items and accessories for kids and adults.
As I pulled the pink monkey beanie out of the shipping bag, I very happy with what I saw. The hat did not have one flaw. The ear flap hat was a cotton candy pink with a turquoise trim and came equipped with perfectly little knit ears that gave the “monkey” appeal. On the front right side of the hat was a crocheted turquoise flower with a gem center. Below the ear flaps the yarn hangs long and braided. It is then secured with a tight knot. The Pink Monkey Beanie hat is made with worsted Medium Yarn. I requested this hat to be sent in newborn size. Even though I no longer have a newborn girl myself, I am about to be a aunt again to another girl! I can’t wait to photograph my niece and other clients in this hat. It’s so adorable! This hat not only comes in newborn size but can be custom made from newborn to adult ranging in price $18-$20.
Brookota not only make cute little girl monkey hats but also sells a variety of other animal beanies. I was very impressed with the assortment of unique animal beanies! To name a few of my favorites, Brookota has a lion, cow, several cute owls, creative sock monkeys, and bunny hats with cute little matching diaper covers (tail and all). Beside animal beanies, Brookota also won my heart with a few of her earflap beanies. She had my favorite football team colors with a little football on it, so cute! Want to win a hat from Brookota?
