At Childrens Hospital, doctors obviously don’t work on Saturdays! As you can imagine, this can leave the doctors and patients alike in some pretty sticky situations. I have a pretty strong work ethic, so it is a rare occasion that I would ever call in, much less make an excuse for it. However, the doctors on the Children’s Hospital have no problem lying and making up funny stories to not show up.
