Mmmmm… Pistachios & Bacon
There are so many, many ways you can top your bacon!
Start By Weaving Your Thick Sliced Bacon on a Skewer – Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes
Microwave the chocolate chips on high in the microwave for 1 minute, add 1 T of oil & stir
I spooned the chocolate over a bowl onto the bacon
The pieces of bacon that did not come out quite right or skewers that burned, break off the bacon pieces to use as toppings
I coated this one with dark chocolate on one side and white on the other. Then all the topping left over went on top
Be creative with your toppings. I crushed pistachios, bacon and red pepper flakes. I also added cayenne pepper to 1/2 the dark chocolate. This tasted so good. The salty bacon paired so well with the sweet chocolate.
