The Princess Caribbean cruise has so many options of events and excursions to enjoy. One such glorious adventure is for your taste buds, the Chocolate Journeys…. Norman Love, considered one of the best chocolatiers in the world, partnered with Princess Cruises to create a premium chocolate experience. As not only a lover of chocolate, but also of Norman Love Chocolates (south west Florida is the Home of Norman Love Chocolates, my second favorite reason to live here after the weather, of course), I could not miss this decadent treat! The best part is how the Norman Love creations are integrated into the dining menus, such as: the milk chocolate peanut butter bar at the Crown Grill, the bittersweet chocolate mousse at the Chef’s Table , and the chocolate tiramisu at Sabatini’s .
Chocolate Journeys Aboard The Princess Caribbean
The Crown Grill, Chef’s Table and Sabatini’s are restaurants aboard the Princess Caribbean and note worthy dining on their own. The addition of master chocolatier Norman Love’s creations only magnified the experience of diners with chart toppers like:
- Chocolate Tiramisu- A popular dessert at Sabatini’s, delightful layers of sweetened mascarpone and delicate sponge cake with just the right amount of chocolate…
- Bittersweet Chocolate Mousse- The Chef’s table has a refined menu. The bittersweet chocolate mousse fits the bill perfectly. The smoothest, creamiest texture, not too heavy on the tongue and the bittersweet chocolate adds depth in flavor… dare I suggest perfection?
- Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter Bar- The Crown Grill takes a more laid back take on cuisine. To match the ambiance, Norman Love specially created a chocolate bar combing two favorites… peanut butter and milk chocolate for light-hearted happiness in bar form.
You can also see a variety of food fun on a cruise ship from the neat pics I snapped aboard! Which is your favorite?
