Chocolate Tequila Cookies Recipe

I am not a normally a huge tequila fan, but the Patrón XO Cafe Dark Cocoa Tequila had me wondering what else I could make with it after I polished off TWO ROLLS of chocolate tequila cookies in two days! OMG! Let’s not talk about my diet okay? This was a slice (or many slices in my case) of pure heaven. You could taste the Patrón XO Cafe Dark Cocoa tequila in the cookie, but it had such an awesome flavor that went so well with the chocolate. I dream of this unique cookie in my sleep. It is just that good!
