Krill Oil

My father and I have been taking Fish Oil pills for a few years now obviously for our heart.  Personally I do not like taking them as it leaves a fishy smell on my breath.  Not entertaining when talking to other people.  I keep breath mints in business.  I have heard about Krill Oil for the past few months, but it stayed in the back of my mind.  When I had a chance to try out the pills I jumped on it.

I received 2 bottles of  Everest Nutrition Krill Oil l from Everest Nutrition.  I started one bottle and gave the other one to my father.  I wanted to see if we would have the same results.  The first thing to change, my energy level was higher.  I have been a bit sluggish as the babies are waking up in the middle of the night.  I have no longer need to take a nap when they do during the day.  I had blood work done recently while on the supplement my triglycerides were lower and back in normal range.  I don’t know if Krill Oil had anything to do with, but it is the first time in 6 months triglycerides were good.  It helps to have 50% more Omega-3 than fish oil.

My father noticed his moods were better and not so sporadic.  His memory is a bit better as well.  He has since made the change over to Krill Oil.  My father said,  ” It is like dial-up once you have high speed you never go back.”  He brought it to my attention that children over 6 can take them as well.   Maybe it will help my sons ADHD it can never hurt to try.

You can find Krill Oil at Everest Nutrition.   For one bottle is $29.95 plus shipping, but they have a deal buy 3 bottles get one free for $89.85 for the bottles to be $22.46 per bottle. Krill Oil is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
