Cramped Quarters? You Need Versatile Furniture For Small Spaces

I have talked about my small house a million times, so you know by now we have some cramped quarters! When it is just the 4 of us, it is not too bad. Sometimes we can get on top of each other and you can hear someone sneeze at the other end of the house! But, we each have our own bedroom, a comfortable living room and a combination kitchen/dining room. Heck, we even have a small laundry room, so at least I am not schlepping off to the laundromat every other day! The only time the lack of space really gets on my nerves is when we have people over to visit. We only have seating in the family room for 7, so if we invite more than 3 people over, it is standing room only. What I needed to find this holiday season was versatile furniture for small spaces. If I could find a piece that could double as a serving area and table, that would be ideal. My first thought was to check out one of my favorite hand made furniture companies, which I reviewed furniture for my deck this time last year. GloDea has a ton of wooden furniture options that can work inside as well as out.

GloDea got its start back in 2001 as a creative idea in the fantastic mind of  its mentor Ignacio Santos. As the end of  2004 neared, Ignacio saw there was a demand for a company like GloDea. By the first of 2009, GloDea we got their trademark and were reaching out to the first designers.  At GloDea,  designers have the support, protection and recognition they deserve be- cause we believe creativity is among the rarest skills of mankind. Their excellent craftsmanship in their benches, chairs, stools, tables and more is higher than most you will ever see.  I needed a piece of versatile furniture for small spaces that I could use when I entertained this holiday season. I wanted to use it in the kitchen as a serving area for a food buffet and then as a table after that. We do not have space for a dining room table, so we often eat buffet style and eat in the family room.

It is unique in style, which I really love and is very well made, which I need. It is crafted from Eco Friendly Premium Yellow Pine wood, stainless steel and built to last for years. With dimensions of 55 x W 16 x H 33, it is long enough to hold several platters, plates and bowls and the right height for serving. I absolutely love my Sideboard X90 and I know I will get so much use out of it for years to come! You can keep up to date with GloDea by subscribing to their newsletter and following them on Facebook and Twitter.
