Bean and Pasta Salad Recipe
My husband and I wanted something quick and nutritious to eat that tasted great! We also did not want to go shopping. I looked in my cabinet and used up what we had. Living in the hurricane capital that meant a ton of canned goods. This came out so delicious, I had to share it. Enjoy my creation Bean and Pasta Salad recipe.
- 1 can of garbanzo beans
- 1 can of Italian beans
- 1 can of black beans
- 1 can of kidney beans
- 1 can of wax & green beans mix
- 1/2 jar of Bella Sun Luci Sun dried tomato pesto sauce with whole pine nuts
- Pasta of any type (I have used min-penne, twist, farfalle)
- Seasoning salt (I used Tastefully Simple)
Open cans, wash the beans, cook the pasta, season to taste and stir. 7 minutes (to cook the pasta) and dinner is served!
