Chocolate Crepes
 
Ingredients
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 scoops Arbonne chocolate protein powder
  • 1 t vanilla
  • ½ cup egg whites
  • ½ t salt
  • 1 t baking powder
  • 1 cup milk
Crepe Topping
  • powdered sugar
  • Sliced Almonds
Instructions
  1. mix dry ingredients together
  2. add the wet ingredients
  3. add milk to thin batter if needed
  4. scoop 3 T onto a skillet preheated to med coated with oil or cooking spray
  5. rotate the skillet to make sure the batter spreads evenly
  6. flip when done
  7. top with powdered sugar and almonds
