Slow Cooker Lasagna Alfredo
  • 2 lb bulk Italian sausage
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 16 ounce container ricotta
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 package Lipton Recipe Secrets Savory Herb with Garlic
  • 12 uncooked lasagna noodles
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese blend (12 oz)
  • 2 Jar of Bertolli Light Alfredo Sauce - reserve ½ jar to top lasagna
  • Oregano for garnish
  1. Cook sausage over medium heat until sausage is no longer pink; drain.
  2. Stir in onions and Bertolli Light Alfredo Sauce
  3. Mix cheese, ricotta and Lipton Recipe Secrets Savory Herb with Garlic, set aside
  4. Spray 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray
  5. Layer in the following manner, sausage mixture, 4 noodles, broken into pieces to fit, 1-1/2 cup of cheese mixture.
  6. Sprinkle with ¾ cup of the cheese
  7. Cover and cook on Low heat setting 4 to 5 hours or until noodles are tender
  8. Spoon out to serve
  9. Bertolli Light Alfredo Sauce and garnish with oregano
