  1. Mix the Apricots and coconut oil in the food processor until mixed like a paste
  2. add the rest of the ingredients and pulse the food processor
  3. put in a oiled glass square pan
  4. freeze for an hour
  5. The bars can then be sliced.
  6. Keep refrigerated
