Spicy Filipino Steak Fajita Recipe

- 1 whole Beef Flank Steak
- Little Rosie's Spicy Filipino Dressing/Marinade
- 1 whole Medium Onion, Halved And Sliced
- 1 whole Red Bell Pepper, Sliced
- 1 whole Orange Bell Pepper, Sliced
- 1 whole Green Bell Pepper, Sliced
- 1 whole Yellow Bell Pepper, Sliced
- Olive Oil, For Frying
- Flour Tortillas, Warmed
- Cheese (grated Cheddar/jack Or Crumbled Queso Fresco)
- Salsa
- Sour Cream
- Cilantro Leaves
- Marinate your flank steak for 2 hours in ¾ of a bottle of the Little Rosie's Spicy Filipino Dressing
- Marinate your vegetables for 2 hours in ¼ of a bottle of the Little Rosie's Spicy Filipino Dressing
- Grill the flank steak until medium rare for 3-4 minutes and cut into strips
- Heat the olive oil in a pan and cook veggies for about 5 minutes, or until firm
- Heat the tortillas
- On the tortilla, layer steak, veggies, cheese, salsa, sour cream and top with cilantro
