Easy to make and tangy twist on traditional fajitas.
Ingredients
  • 1 whole Beef Flank Steak
  • Little Rosie's Spicy Filipino Dressing/Marinade
  • 1 whole Medium Onion, Halved And Sliced
  • 1 whole Red Bell Pepper, Sliced
  • 1 whole Orange Bell Pepper, Sliced
  • 1 whole Green Bell Pepper, Sliced
  • 1 whole Yellow Bell Pepper, Sliced
  • Olive Oil, For Frying
  • Flour Tortillas, Warmed
  • Cheese (grated Cheddar/jack Or Crumbled Queso Fresco)
  • Salsa
  • Sour Cream
  • Cilantro Leaves
Instructions
  1. Marinate your flank steak for 2 hours in ¾ of a bottle of the Little Rosie's Spicy Filipino Dressing
  2. Marinate your vegetables for 2 hours in ¼ of a bottle of the Little Rosie's Spicy Filipino Dressing
  3. Grill the flank steak until medium rare for 3-4 minutes and cut into strips
  4. Heat the olive oil in a pan and cook veggies for about 5 minutes, or until firm
  5. Heat the tortillas
  6. On the tortilla, layer steak, veggies, cheese, salsa, sour cream and top with cilantro
