Spicy Tomato Herb Crusted Chicken Recipe

  • 1 Package Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenderloins
  • 1 Bag of Spicy Tomato Herb Vintage Italia Past Chips
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Cups fat free milk
  • ½ Cup Low Fat Shredded Cheese (optional)
  • 1 Bundle Fresh Spinach
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Crush Pasta Chips in food processor
  3. Beat one egg and add 2 cups of milk
  4. Dredge chicken in milk/egg mixture and then in crushed chips. Place in a greased casserole dish
  5. Bake chicken for 30 minutes
  6. Add cheese and return to oven until cheese is melted
  7. Serve over cooked spinach
