Peanut Butter Granola

A savory granola that you can eat by itself, as a topping or as a dessert.
Ingredients
  • 2 cups oats
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 Tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp. melted coconut oil
Instructions
  1. Heat peanut butter in microwave for 20 seconds to make creamy.
  2. Combine all ingredients in large bowl, mixing until well combined.
  3. Spray cookie sheet with non-stick spray.
  4. Spread granola over cookie sheet evenly.
  5. Place in 325 degree oven for 10-14 minutes, tossing halfway though cooking.
  6. Cool on cookie sheet and enjoy!
