  • 1½ cups sugar
  • ½ cup butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ salt
  • 2 cups flour
  1. Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Combine all ingredients in the mixer and mix until smooth.
  3. Grease baking pans with butter or Pam.
  4. Pour into pans leaving enough room to rise.
  5. Bake for 1 hour.
  6. Remove from pans and allow to cool on baking rack.
  7. Enjoy the fruits of your labor.
