There is nothing better on a hot summer day than to sit down and cool off with a dish of ice cream. However, it is always very hard for me to not eat the whole carton! That is why I love the single serving cups from Edy’s. Also the Edy’s Slow Churned Ice Cream is half the fat, and one-third fewer calories but you could not tell by the taste! Rich and creamy, every spoonful was delicious!
The Edy’s Slow Churned Ice Cream was so good it even gave me an Ice Cream Smile! You can make an ice cream smile too by going to the Edy’s Slow Churned Ice Cream Reason to smile Facebook page. One picture that is uploaded will win a spot in the carton of Slow-Churned Ice cream being re-introduced to store shelves in early 2013. Then, 10 more will be featured in a Edy’s Slow Churned print ad.
This summer, TV personality, actress and model Brooke Burke has partnered with Edy’s® Slow Churned Light Ice Cream to give away more than 25,000 free scoops of ice cream…turning scoops into smiles! You can help to show your support too! How you ask? Why use the Facebook app – because every “ice cream smile” photo uploaded to Edy’s Facebook page, $5 will be donated to Operation Smile, an international children’s medical charity. That is awesome because their goal is to give away more than 25,000 scoops of ice cream and capture 25,000 photos of ice cream smiles before the summer ends. Through this promotion Edy’s/Dreyer’s will help deliver more than 500 reconstructive surgeries to children around the globe suffering from cleft lip, cleft palate and other facial deformities. So what are you waiting for? Help out a child, upload a smile, and get some free ice cream!
I wrote this review while participating in a blog tour by Mom Central Consulting on behalf of Dreyer’s / Edy’s. I received a coupon to purchase product samples and a promotional item to thank me for taking the time to participate.
