When I came across Frecklebox’s personalized lunch boxes, I knew I had found the right item for Jakobi. He is in love with carrying things in things. Actually he puts stuff in bags, inside boxes, inside his grocery cart to push around. When I leave the house, he is so obsessed with bags, he makes sure I have my purse and that he has his (the diaper bag). Aren’t kids funny? After receiving his lunch box, with his new favorite theme (monsters), he immediately opened the latches, closed the latches, open the latches, put stuff inside, swung it around, opened the latches, closed the latches, took stuff out, and ran around the house with his “Daddy box.” Where did he come up with Daddy box? No idea, but he sure loves it. It is hard not too with all the bright, eye-catching colors and the fact that he gets something with his name on it spelled correctly.
I love that I had so many personalized gifts to choose from at Frecklebox. In addition to the lunch box, he also got cute little dinosaur personalized stickers (favorite theme #2) and a personalized coloring book. The coloring book has his name on every page. He has just begun to recognize his name, and he was thrilled to see it in print. He pointed to his name saying, “Poh-be” here, “Poh-be” here while turning the pages to find it again. I always enjoyed getting items with my name on it when I was a kid (and still do) and considered myself lucky growing up that I had a common name. I am very pleased to have found a shop like Frecklebox to have my son, Jakobi, share in some of my favorite childhood memories.
