Greek Yogurt Key Lime Pie

Spring is right around the corner and many people are scouring the web for just the right recipe to cook to celebrate the warm weather. I have always been more partial to a Key Lime Pie at the change of the season. After all I do live in Florida and it is just a little more native to where I live. Greek Yogurt is a great way to give your holiday a healthy, nutritious boost by replacing ingredients that might not be as nutritious. Did you know that yogurt is full of essential nutrients and active cultures your body needs to function? It is loaded with protein, calcium, vitamins D, B2 and B12, potassium and magnesium and Greek Yogurt has even more protein.

I am a Stonyfield YoGetter, but I buy my milk products organically ever since I learned about all the crazy things in milk! You can get Stonyfield Yogurt in three fat levels (whole milk, lowfat and nonfat), as well as Greek so no matter what the recipe, you can find just the yogurt to substitute for mayonnaise  and more. You can use the handy guide below to help you figure out what can be substituted.
