I have always been more partial to a Key Lime Pie at the change of the season. After all I do live in Florida and it is just a little more native to where I live. It is loaded with protein, calcium, vitamins D, B2 and B12, potassium and magnesium and Greek Yogurt has even more protein.

- 6 egg yolks
- 1 cup Stonyfield Organic Greek Yogurt
- 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
- ¼ cup Key Lime juice
- Pre-baked Graham cracker crust
- Mint leaves for garnish
- Combine the ingredients together to make the filling
- Pour into the prebaked crust
- Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes
- Let cool before setting in refrigerator
- Refrigerate for an hour
- garnish with mint leaves and a lime slice
