foodLooking for good wholesome healthy cookies to serve your kids with ingredients you can pronounce? The treats are vegan, kosher, cholesterol free, and are made primarily with date sugar. Dr. Laura sent me 7 oz tubs of each of her five flavors for me to review.  Now, food doesn’t last very long in my house, and good tasting food is gone before it hits the fridge. With four boys running around, you can imagine the energy level is high and the appetites higher. I was very pleased to find the “wholesome junk food” tasted as good as it was good for you.

Healthy Cookies

Each tub of these healthy cookies is 5.99 and comes in five different flavors: Oatmeal chocolate chip, Oatmeal raisin, Xtreme chocolate fudge, mint chocolate fudge, and cranberry breakfast. I hid the chocolate ones in the back of the fridge just for me so I could have a bite sized treat once in awhile.  My kids really enjoyed the oatmeal ones, and they asked for them every morning when they woke up. (The whole two days they stayed in the house) My teenage son took the cranberry breakfast as his and polished those off before I could even taste them. I am assuming they were good since they were gone so fast!

They have a melt-in-your-mouth consistency and are extremely addictive! You can find Laura’s Wholesome Junk food on Facebook, Twitter and you can find them at their blog as well. These nutritious treats make a great start to the day, wholesome snacks after school and perfect treats before bed! Our family loves Laura’s Junk food!

Laura’s Junkfood would love to offer two tubs of their newest flavor to one United States reader of 7oz tubs of Cranberry Breakfast Bite-lettes™. Fill out the rafflecopter form below.
