Hoover Elite Rewind Bagless Upright Vacuum

As a busy mother of two, I find myself vacuuming at least once a day so I know that the Hoover Elite Rewind Bagless Upright Vacuum will get lots of use in our house!  Whether it be snacks or pieces of scraps from craft time, our carpets always seems like they need to be vacuumed.  Its nearly impossible to keep a clean house with two small kids.  We have used other vacuums in the past, you know, the ones that claim to be “the best” and “never lose suction”?  Well we played into the hype and bought ourselves a Dyson Animal Vacuum a couple years ago because they claimed to be the best.  But unfortunately at over $500 new, it was a disappointment.  So I was anxious and excited to try the Walmart Exclusive Hoover Elite Rewind Bagless Upright Vacuum!

Bagless Canister Vacuum Cleaners

There are many bagless canister vacuum cleaners on the market so its difficult to chose which ones are really the best.  I look for a vacuum that has good suction and is also effective in picking up dirt, pieces of food and paper, as well as pet hair.  In addition to the crazy active kids, I have a large long haired cat that sheds a lot!  Thats why we first invested in the Dyson Animal Vacuum.  I have to say I was initially skeptical about the Hoover Elite Vacuum.  How could a vacuum that was so affordably priced at $99.99 be better than the more expensive brands?  The Hoover Vacuum is exclusively offered through Walmart so I knew that it was endorsed by a large, reputable company.  The vacuum was easy to set up and my husband had it assembled and ready to use within minutes.  So, I plugged it in and put it to work!  I was pleasantly surprised at how easily it picked all the goldfish and dirt that seems to get tracked through my house everyday!  My “other” vacuum just seems to push the larger pieces around the room instead of sucking them up.  I like the low profile of the  vacuum so it fits easily under my couch to get the little pieces that seems to migrate just out of my reach!  The bagless canister is easy to remove and empty.  All the attachments fit easily on the vacuum so they won’t get lost.  There is a retractable cord that works literally with one step.  So easy and my husband can attest to the fact that I hate to wind up the cord and it usually gets draped across the back of the vacuum!  The vacuum is lightweight and easy to push.  The Hoover Elite Rewind Bagless Upright Vacuum is truly a “steal” at only $99.99!!

Spring Cleaning Checklist

Many moms have a spring cleaning checklist that they like to go through early each year to give the house a “deep clean”.  Hoover has some fun ways to get the whole family involved with spring cleaning this year.  Take attendance: Pick a day or weekend to get spring cleaning done and make sure the whole family is free to help.  Spring cleaning is a family project and everyone should be involved.  Don’t forget the fun:  Make sure spring cleaning is fun for the whole family. Have everyone bring their favorite song to add to the cleaning playlist and have a dance off where the best dance moves gets one less chore to do.  Maybe involve the new Hoover Elite Vacuum as your dance partner!!  Team Work:  Assign each member of the house a room.  Maybe assign more than one room to someone who has a small room and don’t forget to work together to tackle the bigger projects such as the garage!  Munchie Motivation:  Make sure to have your family’s favorite snacks and drinks.  Short breaks will help keep the family motivated to keep cleaning!!  Hidden Gem: Hide small tokens throughout the house.  Who ever finds a token gets to relax an extra 5 minutes during break time!  Spring cleaning is truly a family project but Hoover wants to make sure to include some fun as well!
