Paleo Chicken Fruit Salad Recipe

This mouth-watering Paleo Chicken Fruit salad recipe was inspired by the Tyson Grilled chicken Meals Ideas & Recipes tab. I browsed around to look for different ways I could create a yummy salad that would fit in my diet. I wanted something besides lettuce and more lettuce. I also wanted something I could make fairly easily; a good throw-together meal. After I found the varieties of Tyson Grilled chicken, the wheels started to turn! I saw this Asian Cucumber salad that had me thinking of different ways to make salads. I figured not many chicken salads really have fruit, and then I wanted to snazz it up with a little flavor. After you try it, let me know if you like it!

Tyson Refrigerated Chicken

You can find Tyson Grilled & Ready chicken at Walmart in the refrigerated section. I chose the oven roasted diced chicken breast so I wouldn’t have to cut it. Saves time ya know! I also like how Tyson uses chicken breast with no preservatives. It is a quick, yet healthy choice to cook with – something you do not see very often.

Grilled & Ready Chicken

All of these items are needed to make the Insalata Salice recipe. You just need to substitute the Old Dutch salad dressing with olive oil and lemon juice to make a “true” Paleo diet salad. You can find my path to purchase at Walmart on my Google Plus album.
