Keep Hair Back While Playing Sports

Keep Hair Back While Playing Sports

If you have girls that are part of a team, they may need to find a way to keep hair back while playing sports.  When Chelsea was playing soccer, her long hair would work its way out of her ponytail holders before the game was half over.  It was really a huge pain in the neck and it made playing well almost impossible.  When Caitlin was playing soccer, we had the same issues with her that we did with Chelsea.  I tried using more than one ponytail holder but Caitlin said that made it too tight and it gave her a headache.  I was at an impasse with what I could do to get this problem to go away for good!
HairThingz is the creation of Angela Keith, a busy wife and mother of 4.  With the economy being as it was in 2010, Angela and her husband decided to find a way to survive financially.  Angela started by setting up a booth at an outdoor market, and with the help of her girls, Angela would use her girls to demonstrate the cool product.  When her girls were wearing HairThingz out, there were always many interested people asking where they could get some HairThingz.  Angela was also able to test the HairThingz while she was running or swimming as well as when her girls were on the trampoline!  What a better testing ground than one that is as fun as a trampoline!!  I appreciate that Angela manufacturers her product in her hometown of Vancouver, Washington.  Now you can find HairThingz online as well as in many retailers.  You can follow Angela and her HairThingz on Facebook or on Twitter.

Cute Hair Accessories For Girls

If you have a daughter, niece, granddaughter, etc., you know many of them love cute hair accessories for girls.  My girls are no exception to that rule as they both love putting all kinds of cute things in their hair.  When I heard about HairThingz and how well they worked, I was anxious to try them for Caitlin.  I thought this could be just the things that we were looking for with the soccer issue.  The HairThingz come in a pack of 12 for only $5.99, so that is a really great deal.  Since I had my best friend’s daughter over to spend the night, it was the perfect time to try out our new and fun hair accessory!  The girls had a blast putting them in each other’s hair and my friend and I had a blast watching them.  There is a bit of a learning curve on the proper way to put the HairThingz in your hair!  It is not to be done when you are taken over by a bout of giggling, I can tell you that!!  As you can see from the picture, the girls look really cute in their new HairThingz.  We haven’t had a soccer game, so we haven’t been able to test it out on the field, but I am pretty sure it is going to work great.

One reader will win 2 packs of HairThingz, valued at $5.99 each
