Are you a coffee drinker? If you are, do you remember how excited you were when you found out about the newest addition to the coffee world; the Keurig? This single service coffee maker was a huge innovation that turned the coffee world on its proverbial head! This was especially sweet news for those coffee drinkers who only wanted a single cup of their favorite brew in the morning. Gone were the days when you had to brew a pot of coffee to get that one deliciously hot cup of java. And, just when the tea drinkers were beginning to feel left out, Keurig came out with their line of teas for the single serve machine. Well, what about those of us who drink more than one or two cps of coffee every morning? We began to feel as if we could not join the cool kids who were enjoying that cool single brew k-cup that was taking the coffee world by storm. Well, never fear because the new Keurig 2.0 is going to hit the store shelves soon!
This new machine is a combination of your wants and needs wrapped up in one gorgeous state of the art machine. Now you multi-cup drinkers can brew up a four cup carafe of your favorite brew in addition to the normal single serving. You can also choose the setting you want most, depending on the different roast styles and strengths. The new and improved technology promises a hotter, stronger, faster cup of coffee. You will love the different brew sizes and the larger water reservoir which now holds up to 80 ounces. There is also a new auto brew setting for the carafe size so you can wake up to a freshly brewed pot of coffee every morning! If you are worried the price tag will be out of reach, think again. You can get all of this and a whole lot more for between $149 to $199.
There is one drawback and that is when it comes to the new Keurig 2.0, it will not brew generic or knock offs, only Keurig approved K-cups. Also, it will not brew with the reusable filters but it will brew with the 4 cup carafe and you can also use the larger Vue cups along with the new Karafe cups. If you are thinking you will not find as many Keurig approved K-cups, that is a misnomer. Currently, there are over 290 Keurig approved K-cups available from 50 different roasters. You may not be able to brew the cheaper K-cups, but you really do not save much in the long run and those knock offs can harm your machine. When you purchase your K-cups from a reputable seller like Cross Country Cafe, you will get a Keurig approved K-cup at a great price.
