Cranberry Apple Stuffing Balls Recipe

I always have a ton of food left over after Thanksgiving, so I like to come up with a few creative ideas to use all that left over food. Since I recently made Apple Cranberry Stuffing and I had a ton of feta left over, I combined the two for stuffing balls. They came out super yummy, and the kids gobbled them up!

How to make stuffing balls

The recipe is fairly straightforward, basically add a little egg, cheese that is handy and form into balls.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups left over stuffing [Apple Cranberry Stuffing](http://makobiscribe.com/cranberry-apple-stuffing-recipe/) is shown
  • 1 egg
  • Left over cheese (I used feta in the image)
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients together and form into balls.
  2. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake at 350°F for about 40 minutes.
