I love it when you can find deleted scenes! Here is a clip about Harold the Merman. What a funny name for a merman.

Meet Harold the Merman, a bumbling likable character that unfortunately didn’t make it to the final film but has always been held dear in the hearts of co-writer and co-directors Ron Clements and John Musker. We have all seen the film, but in case you haven’t, here is the Film Synopsis:

Ariel (voiced by Jodi Benson), is a free-spirited mermaid, who is off on the adventure of a lifetime with her best friend, the adorable Flounder (voiced by Jason Marin), and the reggae-singing Caribbean crab Sebastian (voiced by Samuel E. Wright) at her side. But it will take all of her courage and determination to make her dreams come true—and save her father’s beloved kingdom from the sneaky sea witch Ursula (voiced by Pat Carroll).

  1. There are so many Disney movies to love it’s difficult to select just one. The children really like The Little Mermaid.

  2. The Little Mermaid for sure, have collected her stuff for years now! I also love all the classics, Cinderella, Snow White.

  3. Beauty and the Beast is my favorite Disney movie. I’m a reader like Belle is and I love the positive messages the movie sends about looking for beauty in people beneath the surface.

  4. Honestly, and not only because of the giveaway, I have always been partial to The Little Mermaid. I think that my close second would be Robin Hood.

  5. To date “Tangled” is my favorite Disney movie.
But I have yet to see “The Little Mermaid”. So that could change.
