Lumiday Review

Life can get stressful, probably more now then ever. It seems that there are more and more expectations put on people. Work, family, children, activities, not to mention keeping up with house cleaning and laundry can be exhausting and hard to keep up with.  It can truly be too much – and that is if life, in general, is going well. In today’s economic climate people are also dealing with a lot of financial stress and dealing with job loss. It really is hard to hold it all together.

Lumiday Natural Mood Enhancement

Many people could use just a little more support to help them relax.  Lumiday is formulated with the natural ingredients of St. John’s Wort, L-Theanine, Rhodiola Rosea, Ashwagandha Root, and 5-Hydroxytryptophan (5-HPT) that when used in combination quickly works to ease the effects of stress and anxiety, while still promoting healthy, natural mental function. Lumiday’s unique compound of ingredients is a safe, natural way to live a healthy, balanced lifestyle and is non-habit forming.  The daily dosage is 2 pills in the morning and 2 pills in the evening.  Within a few hours of your first dose you already start feeling the effects – most supplements take a couple of weeks before you actually feel the effects.

Here is how each ingredient works to give you a more balanced life:

  • L-Theanine has been shown to reduce mental and physical stress.
  • St. John’s Wort is widely used as a herbal treatment for depression
  • Rhodiola Rosea has been studied in pilot studies on human subjects and has shown that it improves physical and mental performance, while reducing fatigue
  • 5-HPT is used as a dietary supplement for use as an antidepressant, appetite suppressant, and sleep aid

Lumiday is currently the number one mood supplement sold at GNC and retails for $69.99. Lumiday products are researched, developed, and manufactured in U.S. laboratories under FDA GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines. There is strict quality control, which ensures the safety and effectiveness of the product wherever it goes. You may qualify for a free sample of Lumiday, check here to enter details.

  2. I can’t “Like” Lumiday’s Facebook page. It says “This page is either disabled or not visible to the current user.”. I wonder if they have the page blocked for outside the US? As a Canadian, I see it happening a lot.
