I love the idea of a lunchbox sandwich kit for the kid’s school lunches.  I hate packing a sandwich with their favorite toppings and condiments and by the time lunch rolls around, the sandwich is gross and mushy.  Sometimes the sandwich doesn’t even look like a sandwich anymore!  I have tried putting everything in a separate container, but the standard containers we have won’t fit into Caitlin’s lunch bag.  I have been wracking my poor brain for ideas and I have been coming up short.  I finally resigned to packing protein bars, yogurts and string cheese because they all fit well in a smaller lunch bag.  The other solution was to buy her a larger lunch bag, but darn it, I just bought this personalized lunch bag!
