Margherita Pizza Sticks Appetizer (1)

Since I had a ton of phyllo dough from when I made my Parmesan Chips, I wanted to make Pizza Sticks! I did a Google search and the most popular search term for food was tomato and mozzarella appetizers . That made me think of my fresh herbs, Italian Margherita Pizza, fresh mozzarella and when back in the day I used to work at Macaroni Grill. (Insert music here…memories….)

Margherita Pizza Sticks: A Tomato And Mozzarella Appetizer
I lined the Tomato And Mozzarella at the edge of the phyllo dough to make this Appetizer
