Mega Bloks are colorful and playful construction blocks and are good toys for child development.  They have sets available for children of all age groups.  There are sets that have larger pieces that are perfect for little hands ages 1 – 4 that are designed with durable construction.  They allow kids to explore their creativity, yet are large enough so as to not create any type of a hazard for little ones.

The Dylan Dump Truck, is a great toy to add to your children’s playtime who is at least one year old.  It is made of colorful paint and has Dylan in the driver’s seat with a big smile on his face.  The dump truck bed can hold up to six of the included blocks and can be loaded and unloaded with the lifting truck bed.  The truck bed itself can be easily gripped by little hands for racing to make its next delivery or race around the world.

The Sonny School Bus is a bright yellow bus for ages one and above. Since Sonny’s roof opens, little one’s are able to place the six included bug blocks inside or they can placed on top of the bus on the prongs. The school bus is small allowing tiny hands to get a good grip to wheel it around and pick and drop off kids at the bus stops.  The Sonny School Bus includes Sonny the bus driver with a big smile on his face.

Mega Bloks First Builders

Both Dylan Dump Truck and Sonny School Bus are in the Mega Bloks First Builder series.  There are many add-ons to this series such as additional construction vehicles, fire truck vehicles, a squad car and more.  First Builder sets that are geared more towards little girls include little princesses on their ponies, a princess castle, a sparkling tower and more.
