Organic Products For The Home

I have been on a mission to integrate organic products for the home for months now.  I have already replaced our laundry and bath products to all natural and organic products.  I was very pleasantly surprised to see the newer eco-friendly products cleaned just as good, if not better than what I had been using.  The other area I have been working on is replacing our kitchen storage containers and lunch products.  Caitlin takes her lunch to school, so I wanted to find a more organic alternative to the plastic containers, zip lock bags and bag she had been taking.  I have said it before and I am sure I will say it again and again, but it takes just small changes to make a big difference.

Mighty Nest is an online store, but it is so much more than that!  Mighty Nest is more of an experience as there are so many layer and facets to what they offer.  Yes, they do sell many eco-friendly products, but they also have a lot of great information related to living a more organic life.  You can learn how to make your baby’s nursery healthier, buy a radically cool glass water bottle and you can even learn about the best way for preserving fruits!  As with many online stores, especially those who are natural and organic, the idea came from a need for products that were not out there.  After the birth of their first child, a couple took action to create a place where people like them did not need to get mired down in the frustration from the lack of healthy choices one needs to make for themselves, their children and their planet.

Learn To Live An Organic Lifestyle

It is easier than you may think to learn to live an organic lifestyle.  When I decided to change the way my family and I lived, I took baby steps.  The first thing I did was to find an alternative to the laundry detergent I was using.  The next thing we did was to change out our sponges, towels and cleaning supplies for all natural products.  It is so great to come in and smell the essential oils that I have used to clean the house.  Baby steps!  When I first learned about Mighty Nest, I was eager to try some of their products.  What I did not expect was to have learned so much from their articles and other information they have on their website.  I was given some really cool things from Mighty Nest, which included: The 22 oz. glass water bottle with the purple silicone covering ($20.95), the stainless steel Lunchbot ($17.95) and one Snack Taxi reusable sandwich bag ($7.95) and the Foldable lunch tote ($10.95).  I have to say, the water bottle is probably one of the coolest things I have ever had!  There is something to be said about drinking from a glass bottle.  It makes me think back to when I was a kid and drinking Coke from a glass bottle.  The other item I absolutely love is the foldable lunch bag, which is kind of like a magic trick!  At first glance, the bag seems pretty small but when you open it up, you can stuff a bunch of snacks in that sucker!!!  I am so happy to have found the Mighty Nest and I am a customer for life.

  18. I would love to add the Set of 4 Garden Friends Organic Cloth Napkins to my collection! My household made the switch to cloth a while ago and we love it.
