Stella Artois Cidre

I am so in love with the reappearance of apple ciders. I was never a beer drinker, but envy the folks that seem so satisfied when drinking a nice cold one. I think that a bottle of Stella Artois Apple Cidre would pair with anything you are eating! It was really hard for me to narrow it down to just one thing!

When you are having a meal like cheesy enchiladas or even if you are having a snack of a goldfish mix, it’s light, crispy refreshing taste satisfies. The salty of the cheeses compliments the sweetness of the cider.

Stella Artois Cidre

Stella Artois is a European-style cider made from fresh, hand-picked red apples with accents of peach, apricot, and orange. Because it is so light, I thought it would be an awesome pairing to a heavier meal like my Enchiladas. I know when I eat Mexican food, I always think about drinking a cervesa, but the taste is just so blech. When I had a Stella Artois Cidre, I was immediately in love! I could drink  a bottle of Stella Artois Cidre at home, the beach, at concerts…all the places people drink that yucky beer! You can purchase Stella Artois Cidre at your local grocer and even at some convenient stores.

  1. I LOVE European Cider!! When we lived in Germany, we drank sparkling cider everywhere we went! It was either that or beer…yuck. You just don’t drink tap water over there. So when we moved back to the US I have an obsession with having a nice cider all the time with almost all of my meals. I can image how amazing it would taste with your enchiladas! Definitely an awesome pairing.

  2. I rarely like hard ciders, but this one actually sounds pretty tasty! I had no idea they even made one! Especially with those enchiladas!

  3. I love having hard ciders in the fall, but I never knew that Stella Artois had one! I’ll have to add it to our grocery list and try it out.
