Perfect Swimsuit For My Body Type

I live in sunny Southwest Florida and swimsuit season is upon us, honestly I wear one year round and have trouble finding the perfect swimsuit for my body type.  My post baby body (x2) is not like it used to be back in college.  I found pictures of myself in a bikini this past week and sigh…its just not the same.  I wouldn’t trade my babies for anything so it was time to find a flattering swimsuit to make me feel and look good in the body I am left with after kids!  Bare Necessities gave me a great opportunity to review a swimsuit and I was so thankful but then I kinda panicked.  I always try on 15-20 swimsuits in the store before I find one that looks good…how in the world would I order one online and not be able to try it on??

Hundreds of Swimsuits

After browsing the hundreds of swimsuits Bare Necessities had to offer, I chose La Blanca Renew Refresh Halter Tankini Top and the La Blanca Renew Refresh Shirred Hipster bottom in jade.  I took my measurements and looked at the sizing chart picking the size for the top and bottom that I fit into.  The nice thing about ordering online is that you can pick a different size for the top and for the bottom.  I was smaller on top and bigger on the bottom, at the store you typically have to pick the same size.  So I felt good and hoped I had measured myself correctly!  When the package arrived I was giddy and couldn’t wait to try it on.  It fit perfect, I was so relieved.  My daughter came walking into the room and said ” Oh Mommy your babing suit is soooo pretty”…I felt like a million bucks!  My favorite features of the swimsuit are the gold accents on the halter (they can be moved up and down as you see fit), the way that the material shirrs in the mid-section helps to cover that last 10 lbs I’m trying to get rid of and the foam lined/slightly padded cups are very supportive.  The suit is very well made of nylon and spandex and features a plunging halter neckline that you self-tie (which is a must for me).

Bare Necessities not only carries swimsuits, they carry a full line of bras, panties, shape-wear, hosiery, sleepwear and clothing.  They carry items for men and women including plus sizes from a variety of top brands on the market!  You can purchase a swimsuit like mine for $93 top and $55 bottom.
