Baked Macaroni and Cheese recipe

Recently, I was sent a cornucopia of incredible Paula Deen products from Sears. I have been wanting a new set of dishes since I started taking pictures of my food. All the food books I have been reading talk about how blue shows up really nice against most dishes, so I just fell in love with the 16 pc Spring Prelude dinnerware set. It reminded me of a warm family setting, the kind where every one comes over for dinner and you cook all of your grandma’s recipes. Don’t you think it is a pretty pattern? I just love how the yellow just makes the place settings pop!

The Cookware Set was a beautiful butter color, nonstick on the inside with a porcelain outside. I love having a matching set of pots and pans because it always looks so pretty when you are cooking everything on the stove. I was able to cook the sausage, boil the noodles and cook the roux for the sauce all at the same time.

I also received a Paula Deen Stoneware 9 x 13 Baker, and the first thing that came to mind was baked macaroni and cheese. With all of the butter yellow color and the gorgeous stoneware pan begging to be filled with my Grandma’s recipe, how could I not. However, the husband had a hankering for pizza, so we compromised.

  1. My mom actually has the Paula Deen cookware set and she LOVES it. She raves about it all the time. In fact, I was washing one of the pans at her house, and she rewashed it because I didn’t make it shine well enough. lol. She really loves those pans!

  2. I’m happy with any of the pans xD I just moved so cooking has become a sort of art form. Which basically means using one pan for everything. So in response they all look really nice!
