Pizza-Style Macaroni And Cheese Recipe

Recently, I was sent a cornucopia of incredible Paula Deen products from Sears. I have been wanting a new set of dishes since I started taking pictures of my food. All the food books I have been reading talk about how blue shows up really nice against most dishes, so I just fell in love with the 16 pc Spring Prelude dinnerware set. It reminded me of a warm family setting, the kind where every one comes over for dinner and you cook all of your grandma’s recipes. Don’t you think it is a pretty pattern? I just love how the yellow just makes the place settings pop!

The Cookware Set was a beautiful butter color, nonstick on the inside with a porcelain outside. I love having a matching set of pots and pans because it always looks so pretty when you are cooking everything on the stove. I was able to cook the sausage, boil the noodles and cook the roux for the sauce all at the same time.

I also received a Paula Deen Stoneware 9 x 13 Baker, and the first thing that came to mind was baked macaroni and cheese. With all of the butter yellow color and the gorgeous stoneware pan begging to be filled with my Grandma’s recipe, how could I not. However, the husband had a hankering for pizza, so we compromised.

  1. My mom actually has the Paula Deen cookware set and she LOVES it. She raves about it all the time. In fact, I was washing one of the pans at her house, and she rewashed it because I didn’t make it shine well enough. lol. She really loves those pans!

  2. I’m happy with any of the pans xD I just moved so cooking has become a sort of art form. Which basically means using one pan for everything. So in response they all look really nice!

  7. Anything Paula Deen has to be amazing. I LOVE to cook, so this would eba very welcome and exciting addition to my kitchen 🙂

  8. I would love either the stock pot, as I make a lot of soups and freeze them, or the lasagna pan as it has multiple uses

  9. It’s a tie between the stock pot and the saute pan! I use both styles all the time (of course mine don’t match). 🙂

  10. I like the double handled cooking/stock pot the best. Love double handles because it makes it so much easier to deal with the pot when picking it up, etc.

  11. I like the deep frying pan the best 🙂 the description didn’t say what it’s called! so I couldn’t tell you the proper name 🙂

  12. The big sauce pot that looks about 5qt size. I love big sauce pots! Perfect for making my families sauce recipe!

  13. The smallest skillet is my favorite. I’m often cooking for just my son and this is the best size for a grilled cheese sandwich.

  14. I like the big pot because I cook a lot with two teens and a husnand… Thanks for the give away. Happy New Year.

  17. i like them all…i have had the same pans for the last 3-4 yrs and there so tore up that i have to use foil on all the baking pans so they would all b awesome for me

  18. Our skillet has had it! I cook every night in hopes of bettering our health and financial situation and I would love to win. Fingers crossed!

  19. Our skillet has had it! I cook every night in hopes of bettering our health and financial situation and I would love to win. Fingers crossed!

  20. Our large skillet is DESTROYED from years of wear and tear. I am in dire need a new one so that would be the best for me.

  21. I love the stock pot, as I cook at least one pot of beans a week for making refried beans and this stock pot would be perfect!

  22. I have the “Robin’s egg blue” set and the extras. I love them. We bought the extra large frying pan and I use it more than anything else. If I should be lucky enough to win them, I would give them to my daughter-in-law. Thanks…Sharon Wisniewski

  23. I would cook a fantastic breakfast…scrambled eggs, bacon/sausage and some homefries. Thanks and good luck to all!

  24. I like the large pan with the clear lid. I find that I can never find a lid for the frying oan I happen to be using so when one comes with a lid what more can you ask!! I also love the colour… YAY!!!!

  25. I like the large frying pan that has the clear lid. I really like this set and I could really really use a new set like this and I love the colour!

  26. I have to say that I like the large frying pan the best as it can be used as a one pot meal maker!

  27. Old fashioned and modern-looking at the same time! I could use the dutch oven — dont have one at the moment.

  28. I love the Lidded Dutch Oven Soup Big Pot! I adore soups of all kinds and would probably break this pot in by making a big pot of Pozole! I would also use it for spaghetti soon after!

  29. The large skillet, we are always making pancakes, stir-fry, etc and this type of cookwear will hopefully last longer than the teflon stuff.

  30. I clicked the link and looked…. I can’t find a list of the types of pans. I went off the picture and I’m sure I’ll get the name of it wrong. I like the larger covered skillet. or the large covered pot. hmmm, or the medium covered pot. I can’t decide. haha!! I need them all.

  31. The whole sets looks wonderful, I’d use the big lidded pot the most….being winter time for plenty of soups and stews 🙂 Thank you for the chance

  32. I would have to say the Large skillet and the Dutch oven would be my top 2. It is just hard to choose since they are all needed very badly.
