Ingredients
  • Mahi Mahi Filets
  • Egg Yolk
  • Pepper to taste
  • Sour Cream & Onion Pringles
  • Cheddar Jack Shredded Cheese
Instructions
  1. Combine egg yolk and pepper
  2. Crush Pringles in a shallow dish
  3. Dip Mahi Filet in the egg mixture
  4. Then Dip the fish in the Pringles coating
  5. Place in a baking dish
  6. Sprinkle Cheddar Jack Shredded Cheese on top
  7. Bake for 20 min at 400 degrees
