In my opinion, recipes do not always have to be made completely from scratch. It is totally okay in my book to be a “cake doctor” and add a little something to ready-made cake mix. Red Velvet Crinkle Cookies

Ingredients
- 6 T Country Crock spread
- 1 c powdered sugar
- 1 t cornstarch
- 1 box of Red Velvet Cake Mix
- 2 eggs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375
- Mix cornstarch and powdered sugar, set aside
- Combine the remaining ingredients
- Create 1 inch balls and roll in the sugar mixture
- Put on a parchment lined cookie sheet
- Bake for 10 minutes
