Red Velvet Crinkle Cookies
  • 6 T Country Crock spread
  • 1 c powdered sugar
  • 1 t cornstarch
  • 1 box of Red Velvet Cake Mix
  • 2 eggs
  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Mix cornstarch and powdered sugar, set aside
  3. Combine the remaining ingredients
  4. Create 1 inch balls and roll in the sugar mixture
  5. Put on a parchment lined cookie sheet
  6. Bake for 10 minutes
