Billy, my oldest has begun his sophomore year at college. This means he is gone longer and needs more! It just seems to make sense to buy in bulk at Sam’s so the items that he needs will last through the whole semester. Can you imagine sending your kid off to school and forgetting to pack the little things like toothpaste or a toothbrush and then having to spend even more money to mail it to him! I sure can – how about a whole computer! those things are a lot heavier than you would think and after you add insurance and packaging you might as well just purchased a new one! I always forget things when I go places, so I am sure my children have the right to be as forgetful. I figure with us all collaborating we might get 3/4 of it to the final destination.
Thank goodness Sam’s Club has instituted the Sam’s Club Back to Class bundles. You can find them all at the Sam’s Club website, and you can also connect with them on the Sam’s Clubfacebook page. Having all of the items bundled together sure can take a significant amount of stress that packing adds. You can find great items conveniently bundled together depending on your various going back-to-school needs. You can find bundles that address room organization, cleaning and laundry or even personal care kits developed for girls or boys. This is the pack that we received and included the following items:
- 1 Degree Men’s Invisible Solid
- 1 Gillette Custom Plus Disposable Razor
- 1 Dove Men+Care Body and Face Wash Bonus Pack
- 1 Crest Pro-Health Clinical Gum Protection Toothpaste
- 1 Crest Pro-Health Complete Rinse
- 1 Head & Shoulders Dry Scalp Care 2-in-1
There was enough personal care supplies in that package that Billy will no need to buy anything for himself for the whole semester. That means he can save money on the small things, and I save money buy buying in bulk. The whole package cost roughly around $60 which is a substantial discount! I know because I have 4 boys in my family and RAZORS ARE EXPENSIVE! (They steal mine!) Look at all the razors that came in this package!
The cost of college is not going down, so we need to save where we can. It is important to make sure that my son is able to continue. With the high cost of tuition, room and board, textbooks and more, college often becomes overshadowed by a rising bill. Sam’s Club wants to help families this year by offering college supplies at an affordable price.
In order to celebrate Back-to-school we are going to have a giveaway! One US winner will receive an iHome for them to take to college or send their loved one off to school with (I won’t tell if you keep it) Just enter on the GT below. (Prize shown above might not be the exact model)
