I have a family full of boys; boy husband, boy teens, boy preschoolers, boy toddlers, and a boy dog! With boys, I have learned over the years, comes fighting, and pushing, and punching, kicking, biting, and other such crazy horseplay. It is inevitable. It will happen. My husband’s philosophy is that if they are going to do it anyways, shouldn’t we harness and guide that energy towards something positive. He explained to me (because I admit I was not on board at first) that MMA fighting takes discipline and training and is not just a bunch of scrappy kids, but that they could learn lessons like working hard and keeping their calm to keep their head and attention on the fight. He told me that if we get our kids, with all the energy that they have, involved now they just might not get into too much trouble later.

So if my husband is going to get the boys into shape, he needs to look like an official MMA Elite Trainer! Now I was always taught in order to look the part, you need to dress the part. MMA means mixed martial arts for those of you that do not know and it is all about training and discipline. This training and discipline will help your kids excel in sports, jump higher, throw better and even do better in school.

My kids play hard and are rough, but they are also kind and sweet. Billy is my oldest and he takes the time out to play with Mason every time he comes home to visit. They are both very sport minded and enjoy each other’s company. I feel the way they play and live is inline with the MMA Elite family philosophy and we are even searching for an MMA school for Mason.
