Here is my Spicy Tomato Herb Crusted Chicken Recipe:
- 1 Package Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenderloins
- 1 Bag of Spicy Tomato Herb Vintage Italia Past Chips
- 1 Egg
- 2 Cups fat free milk
- ½ Cup Low Fat Shredded Cheese (optional)
- 1 Bundle Fresh Spinach
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Crush Pasta Chips in food processor
- Beat one egg and add 2 cups of milk
- Dredge chicken in milk/egg mixture and then in crushed chips. Place in a greased casserole dish
- Bake chicken for 30 minutes
- Add cheese and return to oven until cheese is melted
- Serve over cooked spinach
