Since I have begun living a healthier lifestyle, I have been getting more creative in the kitchen. I did not realize what a food rut I was in until I started eating better. When you start adding a variety of fruits and vegetables into your diet, your recipe book expands. We ate a lot of meat and starchy foods before I changed the way I ate and it was just not good for us. I feel so much better now that we are eating organic produce from the local farmer’s market. If we even ate breakfast before, we would grab a piece of toast or a bowl of cold cereal. Now we are eating some great breakfast meals like the Spinach Tomato And Bacon Frittata Recipe. This recipe has all of my favorite breakfast foods and when you cook it in a piece of cookware like the 10.2″ Mauviel M’cook Stainless Steel Round Frying Pan, it is a masterpiece! It is perfect for any meal of the day and is a wonderful leftover.

Mauviel has become a front runner in both the professional and commercial markets due to the high quality of their products. With its clever design, you get an even heat distribution for more uniform and controlled cooking. With its convenient pouring rim, you eliminate the annoying drips you get when pouring from the pan to the serving dish. I love the higher sides on the M’Cook products, which keeps the food where it belongs; in the pan.
