What does your cereal say to you? We like to start our mornings listening to our Rice Krispies telling us secrets. Kind of silly, but we like to have fun. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so it is really important that it is healthy and nutritious. We like to eat cereal with whole grains like Wheat, Rice and Corn. Click the links to learn more about where they originate from and explains the “Seed to Spoon” approach that Kellogg’s takes to make their cereals.

- My kids love to snack throughout the day. By having a healthy cereal on hand, I feel comfortable letting them graze away.
- I like to use the cereals in recipes to add a little twist to the every day meals. You can substitute breading, add to pancakes, top salads and more.
- It is always great to have a quick go-to breakfast on hand. That way there is no excuse not to eat.

I participated in a campaign on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for Kellogg’s. I received sample products to facilitate my review as well as a promotional item as a thank-you for participating.
