Tastefully Simple Blue Ribbon Blueberry Cookies
Recipe type: dessert
Did you know that July was national blueberry month? To Celebrate Tastefully Simple recently brought back the Blue Ribbon Blueberry Bar Mix. Now I was never very good at following directions on the back of a box, but Tastefully Simple creates mixes that are great to add to with pleasant results.
  • Tastefully Simple Blue Ribbon Blueberry Bar Mix
  • 1 Stick of Butter
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup of chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup dried cranraisins
  1. Combine ingredients; stir until dough forms. Place rounded tablespoonfuls of dough onto greased baking sheet. Bake at 375° for 9-11 minutes. Let stand 3-4 minutes before removing cookies from baking sheet. Makes about 2 dozen cookies.

You can find other Tastefully Simple recipes using the Blue Ribbon Blueberry™ Bar Mix at their website. Many of the boxes and mixes that Tastefully simple carries can be created with only one or two additional ingredients. We have always been big fans in my family and attend many parties a year. I was even a Tastefully Simple consultant at one time.

These sounds very yummy, and the blueberries make them somewhat healthy!
