benefits to drinking coffee
I have been a coffee drinker since I was 16 years old. Actually, I vividly remember my very first cup of coffee. I was with my parents in New York City. We were there to visit family and stopped at a bagel shop in Manhattan. Since we were on vacation, and it was very early in the morning, my parents allowed me a cup of coffee. I never looked back. Coffee has been in my life for so long now, I couldn’t imagine my mornings without it. I’ve even continued to drink my 200mg during this pregnancy, with doctor approval, of course! While the caffeine in coffee can sometimes be frowned upon, drinking coffee in moderation is actually a great thing for your health!

While I manage to drink my daily cup of coffee, sometimes I need a little boost in my mug. While flavored creamers are delicious, many of them pack unnecessary fat, calories and sugar that I prefer to avoid. I’m never one to drink my calories, I would much rather prefer to eat them! With that being said, new Folgers® Flavors have secured a special place in my heart. My favorite flavor, French Vanilla, has just 5 calories and zero sugar in a serving.

It just takes a small squirt to make my coffee the way I like! Folgers Flavors are small and portable, too. I’m able to bring it with me during a coffee date with my girlfriends and not have to worry about paying extra for a flavored cup of coffee. You can find new Folgers® Flavors in Vanilla, Mocha, Caramel or Hazelnut at any grocery store in the coffee aisle at an affordable price.
