I will give you a hug for your cup
I will give you a hug for your cup

Close your eyes and picture the typical peaceful stay-at-home-mom existence.  A toddler tugging at one leg, a baby crying despite all efforts to soothe him, a dog barking to be let outside, the phone ringing with a telemarketer on the other end, a day’s work sitting on the computer screen not getting done, the kitchen floor full of random mismatched sippy cups, baby bottles, and lids that came tumbling to the floor while trying to find a set that matched.  Tommee Tippee knows that moms and dads have a lot on their plates to start with, so they’re making it easier for us!

Trade Me!
Trade Me!

I’m making the switch to Tommee Tippee sippy cups and bottles for good.  All of Tommee Tippee’s bottle and sippy cups have interchangeable lids and handles, so you don’t have to dig through an entire cupboard to find exactly the right match.  This is by far the feature that I’m most excited about.  All of the Tommee Tippee Explora Sippy Cups have drip-proof valves, so I don’t have to worry about a mess in my car or home, and since the drip-proof valve is integrated into the top, I don’t have to worry about losing it like some other brands I currently own.  Also, all of their Explora Sippy Cups have a Soft Spout which is important in supporting baby’s oral development while you transition from bottle to sippy cup.  Plus, Tommee Tippee Explora Sippy Cups come in five different stages to easily adapt to whatever stage your child is in – trainer cup (ages 6m+), sippy cup (ages 9m+), straw cup (12m+), water bottle (18m+), and drink cup (24m+).

I got to try the stage 5 cup, the Tomme Tippee Explora truly spill proof drink cup.  The first thing I have to say is that these truly are spill proof.  I haven’t yet found an ounce of juice on my carpet, which is way more than I can say for any other so-called “spill proof” sippy cup I’ve tried (and trust me, I’ve tried almost all of them)!  They’re also really easy to assemble, which is great for a busy mom like me.  Now, since my little one is a bit older, the transition from normal old sippy cup to Tommee Tippe was a breeze.  Plus, since this is a drinking cup, he really feels grown up and almost like he’s using a grown up cup!

It is My Cup

Tommee Tippee’s entire line of Explora Sippy Cups (as well as all of their other cool baby supplies and accessories) can be found in store at Target or at Target.com at the Tommee Tippee Explora line.  A 2-pack of the Stage 5 drinking cup that we tried is only $8.99, which is comparable to others on the market, and I promise that Tommee Tippy will be yours and your child’s favorite! If you have more than one child – they might even fight over them! You can win your own set below:
